When a woman has a job, it is statistically proven the impact she has on herself and those around her is profound. Behind those statistics, though, are real stories of pain and joy and overcoming. Every woman has a desire to be known and to be loved not only by her partner but the society and communication as well.
The role of women in society has been greatly overseen in the last few decades but now is coming to a more perspective to people. In the early days women were seen as wives who were intended to cook, clean and only tried to become good wives and mothers by taking care of the kids. They were subservient to men and were happy to bring up a healthy family and see their children well placed in life. They looked after many chores of the house and it became naturally to them. The ladies in the past were not allowed to vote while men took care of having jobs and paying any bills that had to be paid. Often, women were looked on for long as a weaker sex and they were to be protected by men.
Nowadays, everything has changed. Women have proved that they can do everything as men can. These days, women have taken to catering, their equality has come up and we can find factories and offices working along with men. Women take part in every field such as economic, education, army, and technology even politic. In each field they always try their best and have responsibility; however, they have never forgotten their role in the family. After working time they spend almost of free time for looking after their children and housework. They always try to make the best meals and comfortable life for their family. Besides, they are eager to take part in social activities and help community. Women know well how to talk, how to behave, how to deal with people of different classes, etc. She knows to handle all the situations because she knows well the basic fundamentals of a good society and play her roles politely as a main contributor in building a strong society.
Without woman nothing is possible for men, they are basic unit of the society, they make a family, family make a home, home make a society and ultimately societies make a country. Society can't develop without women. Respect them and so do they. That will make our world better and better.
